Job Description
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Pharmaceutical Visual Inspection Specialist to provide on-site expertise for sterile and injectable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical visual inspection expertise for sterile and injectable products.
- Apply knowledge of visual inspection, AQL and defect classification within a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Update and maintain corporate and site SOPs.
- Prepare and review GxP-compliant technical rationales.
- Support Quality Operations, CAPA and shopfloor quality activities.
- Support inspection readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Quality and Production teams on visual inspection and quality requirements.
- Provide technical input and support to ensure compliance with applicable GMP and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience
- 5–7 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or Quality, with significant hands on experience in visual inspection of sterile or injectable products.
- Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience updating SOPs and preparing technical documentation and rationales.
- Strong knowledge of AQL, defect classification and pharmaceutical visual inspection.
- Experience with CAPA, Quality Operations and shopfloor quality.
- Ability to work independently and provide technical expertise to Quality and Production stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Full on-site availability required.
Candidates must already have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract.
