2nd shift Hi-lo Driver

Nesco Resource, Is looking for an associate for 2nd shift Hi-lo to assist with a long term client in the Auburn Hills area. The position runs from 2 pm to 10 pm and can require the associate to come in early 4 hours or stay late 4 hours. Weekends can be mandated

Description

• Responsible for keeping the material flow on the shop floor.
• Beginning with raw material, scanning product at the end of the line and transferring it to finished goods.
• Keeping Warehouse in FIFO by using ERP Systems.
• Adhere to Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies Practice 5s principles to maintain clean and safe working environment Understand and follow all required DOS standards.
• Required Scanning of material for inventory control and place in appropriate are (Scan to warehouse, scan to line, etc.)
• Follow (FIFO) First in – First out of material driven by using ERP System (MS8) Stock parts in cells/lines Move material to and from cells with fork truck
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop floor Work closely with supervisor to maintain smooth material flow Support shipping/receiving as needed
• Perform weight counts ,Perform cycle counts as needed Keep shop floor stocked with returnable dunnage as needed
• Perform other various duties as assigned or required by supervisor
• Overtime required as needed depending on GMT volume Combine Partials as needed.
