Cell Leader - Night Shifts

Are you an experienced production leader who thrives in a hands-on role? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for manufacturing excellence and team leadership to step into a Cell Leader position within a well-established manufacturing business.

This role would suit someone with experience in a fast-paced production or engineering environment who enjoys leading from the front and inspiring their team to deliver high performance.

Night Shifts - Sunday- Thursday 

A little bit about the role:

• Coach and develop team members to become multi-skilled and adaptable.
• Maintain housekeeping standards using the 5S methodology.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor time and attendance, managing overtime and resource budgets effectively.
• Support investigations and HR processes in line with company policy.
• Coordinate and oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Promote a clean, safe working environment in line with internal safety programmes.
• Allocate labour and manage resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs, report variances, and drive improvement across the production team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Familiar with Health and Safety regulations in a production environment.
• Able to motivate teams, manage performance, and support employee development.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Proven experience in a production or team leader role within manufacturing or engineering.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive and proactive approach to safety and quality.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
