Salary: up to £35,000 PA

This position suits a creative thinker who enjoys variety — from digital campaigns and animations to print, exhibitions, and brand-led projects. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll have the freedom to influence how products and ideas are presented, while working closely with marketing and technical teams.

What you’ll be doing

As the in-house Graphic Designer, you’ll take the lead on visual creativity across the business. Your work will span both digital and print, helping bring campaigns, products, and concepts to life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing high-quality print materials such as brochures, catalogues, case studies, and exhibition graphics
• Creating digital content for email marketing, social media, website visuals, online brochures, and animations
• Translating technical and product-led information into engaging, accessible visual content
• Supporting product launches and brand campaigns with original design concepts
• Developing and refining brand guidelines to ensure consistency with a modern, creative edge
• Enhancing quotation and proposal documents with standout visual presentation
• Working with printers and external suppliers to deliver excellent production quality
• Contributing creative ideas for exhibitions, packaging, merchandise, and environmental graphics

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who brings creativity, confidence, and strong design fundamentals.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a B2B environment
• Experience producing both digital and print design work
• A strong portfolio demonstrating originality and creative thinking
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong concept development skills, from initial ideas through to final delivery
• A keen eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• The ability to simplify technical or industrial content through effective design
• Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
