Software Engineer / MBD Software Engineer

Mission Of This Role

Implement ADAS feature software using state-of-the-art model-based software development (MBD) methods and technologies for the automotive industry.

Specific Responsibilities

• Specify feature functional requirements from Simulink models
• Configure production code generator to convert the model into source code
• Execute back-to-back tests between model and code
• Support feature tests on HIL
• Analyze, debug and fix issues found during tests

Requirements

Must Have Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Industry experience in MBD using Matlab Simulink Stateflow
• Multiple years of experience in automotive embedded software development using “C” programming language
• Understanding of Software development process

Nice To Have Skills And Experience

• Understanding of control system algorithm
• Industry experience of AUTOSAR 4.x
• Experience of TargetLink Production Code Generator
• Knowledge and experience on static analysis/metrics/unit testing
• Knowledge about ISO26262 or ASPICE processes

Language Ability

• Japanese : Native level required
• English: Business Level required
