Your goal?

To turn prospects into happy residents, securing deposits and applications along the way. We're seeking individuals who thrive on providing top-notch service, making both prospects and current residents feel valued and at home. Your duties will include everything from coordinating appointments and addressing inquiries to showcasing the stunning apartment homes and amenities.

But that's not all – you'll also play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, from receiving and tracking packages to assisting with events and initiatives. Plus, you'll be the voice on the other end of the line, answering phones with professionalism and efficiency.

Key duties:

• Property tours: Guide potential tenants through available properties and highlight features and amenities.
• Application management: Verify income, rental history, and creditworthiness to assess rental eligibility.
• Lease execution: Prepare and execute new leases, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate, and handle lease renewals.
• Tenant support: Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and process service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Market research: Conduct market surveys to stay informed about competitive rental rates and market trends.
• Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with property policies, local regulations, and legal requirements.
• Prior Apartment Leasing Experience Required
