- 1–4 years’ experience in construction (project engineering, APM, or similar)
- Exposure to drywall, metal framing, ceilings, or building envelope scopes preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Basic understanding of project financials and scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with subcontractors or specialty trades
- Familiarity with commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or themed construction projects
- Interest in progressing into a full Project Manager role
