- End-to-end project management across commercial construction projects
- Managing project budgets, procurement and programme delivery
- Leading and mentoring site and project teams
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders
- Driving programme outcomes while maintaining quality standards
- Managing financial reporting, forecasting and risk mitigation
- Ensuring seamless communication between office and site teams
- Building strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a commercial builder
- Exposure to commercial, hospitality, education, medical or fit-out/new build environments
- Strong contract administration and financial management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Highly competent across construction technology and software
