- Experience producing detailed shop drawings in a professional environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Experience with woodworking, cabinetry, carpentry, architectural millwork, or commercial interiors is highly preferred.
- Experience with WoodCAD|CAM, Microvellum, iX, or similar software is beneficial.
- CNC programming experience is a plus, although training can be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently without requiring constant supervision.
