Apply directThe ideal candidate will be a proven sustainability professional with experience leading ESG or sustainability programmes within data centres, construction, real estate, industrial, or technology infrastructure environments.
You will be comfortable operating in a highly cross-functional environment, engaging with executive leadership teams, customers, consultants, and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience leading sustainability or ESG programmes
- Experience within data centres, construction, industrial, real estate, or critical infrastructure sectors
- A strong understanding of sustainability certification frameworks, including Green Globes, EcoVadis, GRESB, and related programmes
- Experience with carbon accounting, embodied carbon analysis, and sustainability data governance
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and third-party partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills with experience acting as a subject matter expert at both customer and executive level
Preferred qualifications include:
- LEED AP, Green Globes Professional (GGP), ISSP, ENV SP, PMP, or equivalent certifications
- Familiarity with GHG Protocol, CDP, SASB, and TCFD reporting frameworks
- Experience with sustainability reporting automation, dashboarding, and AI-enabled disclosure processes
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
