About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a growing Australian software business that provides operational and compliance solutions to the NDIS and aged care sectors.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for an Account Executive to join the team and take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to closing and customer handover.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating their own pipeline, and selling a product that solves real operational and compliance challenges for customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Full-Cycle Sales
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to signed agreements.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and business goals.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Manage both shorter sales cycles and larger, more complex opportunities.
Pipeline Generation
- Build and maintain your own pipeline through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
- Consistently engage new prospects and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across operations, compliance, finance, and executive teams.
CRM & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity updates.
- Manage sales forecasts and pipeline health.
- Provide regular reporting on activity, opportunities, and outcomes.
- Ensure smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Success team.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
- Share customer insights, objections, and competitor information.
- Contribute ideas that improve sales processes and customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience managing the full B2B sales cycle.
- Strong outbound business development skills.
- Proven ability to generate your own pipeline.
- Excellent discovery, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong CRM discipline and forecasting capability.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Preferred
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Experience selling into healthcare, NDIS, aged care, or other regulated industries.
- Experience working with operational, compliance, or workforce management software.
- Understanding of long and complex sales cycles.
