Key Responsibilities & What You Will Do
Electrical Wiring & System Assembly: Assemble, layout, and wire industrial power distribution systems following detailed engineering schematics and blueprints.
Component Mounting: Mount structural components, route complex wire harnesses, and perform electrical terminal connections.
Workmanship & Quality Inspection: Meticulously inspect completed assemblies to ensure high standards of quality and specification compliance.
Blueprint Reading & Diagnostics: Read basic electrical drawings and assist leads in identifying minor assembly variances.
Safety & Tool Operations: Safely operate standard hand and power tools while maintaining a clean, organized 6S workstation.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
Blueprint & Schematic Aptitude: Ability or willingness to learn basic blueprint and schematic reading (on-the-job procedural training provided!).
Background Experience: Basic experience in electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, general manufacturing, warehousing, or construction is a plus.
Detail-Oriented & Coachable: Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow multi-step technical guidelines.
Communication & Reliability: Full English fluency (written and verbal) to safely read technical manuals independently. Outstanding attendance and flexibility to work overtime.
