Join a high profile financial services organisation delivering a major CPS 230 Risk & Governance Uplift program focused on operational resilience, governance maturity, regulatory readiness, and delivery controls. This will be for an initial 6 month contract + Market Rates and possibility of extensions.
We are looking for an experienced Program Analyst who can bring strong governance discipline, financial tracking capability, and structure to a fast-moving enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy Project Manager across governance, reporting, delivery coordination, and project financial management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain steering committee packs, governance reports, RAID logs, action registers, decision registers, and delivery trackers
Support governance gates, approvals, reporting cycles, and delivery framework requirements
Track budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and variance analysis across the program
Support EOFY planning and future financial year forecasting activities
Coordinate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, finance, technology, and business teams
Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring attention
Bring structure and momentum to a complex regulatory uplift environment
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous experience as a Program Analyst, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Controls Analyst, Governance Analyst, or Senior Project Coordinator
Strong project governance experience including steering committees, RAID management, reporting, project gates, and controls
Strong project financial management capability including budget tracking, forecasting, accruals, actuals, and variance analysis
Advanced Excel skills and exposure to TechOne or similar financial systems highly regarded
Financial services experience highly preferred across superannuation, banking, insurance, or wealth management
Exposure to CPS 230, APRA, operational resilience, or regulatory uplift programs highly desirable
