Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in program and campaign execution, including events, webinars, digital marketing, and ABM initiatives
  • Expertise in coordinating event logistics, venue research, and building landing pages and registration sites
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms, including campaign management and data uploads
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives within budget and deadlines
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies and account-based marketing (ABM) techniques
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms
  • Prior experience supporting procurement processes, such as purchase orders and invoice management
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and social media campaigns
  • Ability to create compelling content for newsletters and post-event follow-ups

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, field marketing, or related roles in a tech-focused environment
