About the Role

Reporting into a regional commercial leader, this Regional CET Manager role is responsible for driving the execution of customer education initiatives across Asia Pacific. Acting as the key link between regional priorities and local market delivery, you will work closely with country teams to ensure education programs are effectively planned, implemented, measured, and continuously improved.

The role will oversee regional education planning, faculty and trainer development, budget management, product launch education, and training governance across multiple markets. While there is a strong regional scope, the position is a blend of delivery and execution-focused, making it well suited for someone who enjoys turning plans into action, influencing stakeholders, and driving consistency across diverse markets.

Success will come from building strong partnerships across functions and affiliates, ensuring education programs deliver meaningful impact for healthcare professionals while supporting broader commercial objectives.

What We'll Like to See in You

You bring solid experience in customer education, medical education, clinical training, commercial capability building, or professional healthcare training within a regional or multi-country environment. You have successfully managed education initiatives across multiple markets and are comfortable working with healthcare professionals, trainers, faculty members, and commercial stakeholders.

You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority, navigate matrix environments, and drive execution through collaboration. Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, dermatology, aesthetics, or adjacent sectors will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, you are hands-on, accountable, adaptable, and commercially aware. You enjoy operating in fast-paced environments, solving problems, and seeing projects through from planning to delivery.
