Our client, a leading global FMCG company is looking for a Brand Design Manager to lead brand design projects from concept through final execution, shaping the visual identity of assigned brands across the portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Own the visual identity and design expression of assigned brands within the portfolio
- Lead design projects from ideation through concept to execution
- Generate creative design proposals, including visions, scenarios, and concepts
- Present design rationale and creative thinking clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with cross functional teams to align on strategy and approvals
- Translate consumer insights and business needs into actionable design solutions
- Develop design solutions across relevant brand and graphic design touchpoints
- Ensure design, production, and execution requirements are consistent with brand guardrails
- Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborate with internal and external design partners to maintain quality and hit deadlines
What You'll Need
- 6+ years in brand design, ideally within FMCG or consumer brands
- Strong design craft, taste, and visual judgment, backed by a solid portfolio
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment
