Task :
Control Prototype Sample Schedule and arrange Prototype Assembly Orders with Prototype Shop. 
Report Estimated/Firm Delivery Date of Prototype Sample to PMs/Sales. 
Report / Send pre­notice of the risk of Prototype Schedule to PMs/Sales. 
Provide actual data of Prototype Samples for the Forecast 
Provide estimated and actual cost information of Prototype Samples. 
Check the differences of estimated and actual costs of Prototype Samples. 
Receive PRs from PM / Sales of each BU. 
Upon receipt of PRs, issue Component PRs and/or RFQs to Prototype Purchaser. 
Upon receipt of PRs, issue Assembly Orders and Technical/Test/Inspection Orders to Prototype Shop 
Receive ordered goods and forward them to appropriate departments. 

Requirements

Bachelor degree or higher 
3 years or more experience in related business 
Japanese, English skill 
High communication skill with BUs, central functions,contact persons at inter jcompanies, shipping forwarders and external suppliers 
Good clerical and administrative
works ­ Basic operation of MS Office, SAP and CE
