Required Skills:

• Exceptional technical documentation and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Windows workstation support
  • Real-time operations or command-center environments
  • TCP/IP networking or systems administration
  • Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24x7 support environments
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with DevOps and Infrastructure teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant technical experience
• Experience supporting fast-paced, mission-critical operations centers

Other Requirements:

• On-site role based in Foster City, CA (secure facility; background check required)
• Must be available to start as soon as possible
• Willingness to work in a secure environment with in-office presence 5 days a week
