About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to provide planning and scheduling support across a portfolio of engineering and capital projects. Working closely with project controls and delivery teams, you will develop and maintain integrated schedules, monitor project progress, identify scheduling risks, and provide timely reporting to support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and provide schedule updates and forecasts.
- Support planning, scheduling, and project controls activities across multiple projects.
- Analyse schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain schedule integrity and manage schedule changes.
- Produce regular schedule reports and performance analysis.
- Assist with progress measurement, reporting, and forecasting.
- Support the development of progress and resource curves.
- Collaborate with cost control, estimating, contracts, and project teams.
- Participate in schedule review meetings and stakeholder workshops.
- Ensure compliance with project planning standards, systems, and procedures.
- Provide planning support and technical guidance to project stakeholders.
- Degree, diploma, trade qualification, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project planning or project controls.
- Strong experience using Primavera P6.
- Experience delivering planning support on major engineering, infrastructure, mining, or capital projects.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling principles, critical path analysis, and progress reporting.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
