Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to produce precision metal components in a low-volume, high-quality manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, understand machining processes, and operate CNC equipment while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision metal parts

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements

• Perform machine adjustments, tooling changes, and offsets as needed

• Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality of parts

• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

• Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior CNC machining or machine operating experience required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

• Strong math skills, including measurements and tolerances

• Experience with precision measuring instruments

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage lower-volume, high-precision work

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Second Shift: 4pm to 2:30am M-TH – training on 1st

• Pay Rate is $16.50 per hour.

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available after probation once hired.
