• Senior Change Manager – Cyber / Cloud Infrastructure Transformation

  Sydney NSW OR Canberra ACT | Hybrid Working | Federal Environment | 9 Month Contract + Extension

  We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise wide change for a major cyber and cloud infrastructure transformation program within a highly regulated environment.

  This is a high profile, delivery focused role supporting the replacement of legacy secure internet and network security platforms with a modern cloud-based security architecture. The program is already underway and requires a Change Manager who can confidently operate within fast-paced technical delivery environments while also driving enterprise-wide organisational change outcomes.

  This opportunity is ideal for someone who has previously delivered change across cyber security, network, infrastructure, cloud, SASE, or large-scale technology transformation programs.

  About the Role

  You will work closely with technical delivery teams, architecture, security, engineering, and senior business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and transition of a complex technology uplift program.

  This role requires someone who can:

  • Translate highly technical concepts into business friendly change impacts
  • Support both technical teams and enterprise wide business stakeholders
  • Deliver structured organisational change while adapting to agile delivery environments
  • Build strong relationships across executives, IT, security, and operational teams
  • Operate independently in an evolving, high-pressure program environment

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end change management activities across a major technology transformation
  • Develop and execute change, communication, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness strategies
  • Partner closely with cyber, infrastructure, network, and cloud delivery teams
  • Conduct impact assessments, readiness assessments, and transition planning
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Develop executive communications, training materials, and change artefacts
  • Support implementation, cutover, transition to BAU, and adoption activities
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared throughout delivery

  What We’re Looking For

  Essential Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise change within large and complex environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technical or infrastructure based transformation programs
  • Experience working closely with IT, cyber security, engineering, or architecture teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in delivery heavy programs
  • Experience translating technical impacts into practical business outcomes
  • Strong workshop facilitation and executive engagement skills

  Highly Regarded

  • Cyber security, cloud, network, SASE, or infrastructure transformation experience
  • Fortinet or Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) exposure
  • Experience within Federal Government or highly regulated industries
  • Prosci / ADKAR certification
  • Experience supporting transition to BAU and operational readiness
