AI Engineer

This is a senior, hands on AI development role for someone who can move fluidly between machine learning and software engineering. You will take AI use cases from early experimentation through to scalable, deployed solutions that are maintained and improved over time. The work spans document intelligence, engineering automation, computer vision, ML model development, AI agents, and compliance support, giving you exposure to a wide variety of applied AI problems in a real world consulting context.

What you will bring

• Solid software engineering foundations combined with hands on AI and machine learning experience — the depth matters more than the years, and you have built and shipped real solutions, not just experimented
• Applied ML skills including LLM application development, prompt engineering, structured outputs, document parsing, and exposure to computer vision or domain specific data
• Production ready software engineering capability including version control, testing, cloud environments, and CI/CD
• Strong Python skills with working knowledge of C# and agent frameworks
• Experience across Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, or Power BI
• A collaborative, outcome focused mindset with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders, translate requirements into working solutions, and explain complex concepts clearly to non technical audiences
