JS Selection is partnering with an established water hygiene and compliance specialist to recruit an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor covering Guildford, West London and surrounding areas.

You'll be working with a varied commercial client base, carrying out detailed risk assessments and providing practical advice to help customers manage their Legionella risk effectively.


The Role

  • Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments across commercial premises
  • Assess hot and cold-water systems
  • Identify potential Legionella risks and compliance issues
  • Produce clear, accurate and technically robust reports
  • Provide practical recommendations to customers
  • Liaise directly with clients and site contacts
  • Ensure assessments comply with ACoP L8, HSG274 and relevant legislation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation


About You

We're looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor with a strong understanding of commercial water systems.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments
  • Strong knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274
  • Relevant Legionella / water hygiene qualifications
  • Excellent report-writing skills
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • A professional and organised approach
  • Full UK driving licence
