We’re looking for an experienced freelance CRM & CX Strategist to support a leading London creative agency across a range of exciting projects.
The role will focus on developing customer-led strategies, shaping communications and identifying opportunities to drive audience growth across CRM and digital channels.
Key responsibilities:
You’ll be an experienced CRM and CX strategist with a strong understanding of customer journeys, audience behaviour and digital communications. You’ll be confident translating insights into clear strategic recommendations and creative briefs, with the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

- Conduct content audits and develop strategic recommendations.
- Shape creative briefs and content strategies across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Use audience insights and data to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic recommendations.
You’ll be an experienced CRM and CX strategist with a strong understanding of customer journeys, audience behaviour and digital communications. You’ll be confident translating insights into clear strategic recommendations and creative briefs, with the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
