Freelance Finance/ Production coordinator- Creative Agency

Exciting new role for someone who is numbers savvy and wants to work in a fast paced and dynamic Advertising agency.
  
You will support both the finance and production teams to ensure all the financial administration is tip top and accurate.
  
You will work across many projects and client productions and you’ll see the campaigns and creative work the team produce on your TV and socials.
  
Ideally you will have some practical finance experience in an office/ agency environment but if you’re a finance graduate or generally numbers savvy and looking for a career in finance then this could be the role for you!  
  
‘Non corporate’ office where jeans, t shirts and trainers are the vibe.

• ASAP start (can be slightly flexible)
• Monthly rolling contract
• 4 days a week in the London office ( 1 day WFH)
• £200 day rate

The role:
  

• Support the day-to-day financial administration of productions, including Purchase Orders, supplier/vendor set-up and reconciliations
• Create and maintain projects in the project management software
• Provide financial and administrative support to Producers and Associate Producers
• Ensure production records and finance processes are accurate, organised and up to date

The person:

• Ideally experience working in a creative agency or creative environment, either in finance or administration
• Confident with Excel and Google sheets
• Proactive and collaborative in your approach
• Eager and keen to learn and progress
• Great attention to detail
• Confident liaising with both the finance and production departments
