We're partnering with a key health client to engage an experienced Master Planner & Scheduler to support a portfolio of complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated program schedules, managing resource demand and interdependencies, facilitating planning workshops, and providing reporting and insights that support successful delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated program schedules, managing resource demand and interdependencies, facilitating planning workshops, and providing reporting and insights that support successful delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated program schedules
- Manage dependencies, critical path activities, and resource planning
- Facilitate planning and scheduling workshops
- Monitor schedule performance and identify risks, issues, and constraints
- Provide governance, reporting, and delivery insights to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of planning and scheduling practices
- Strong experience in project, program, or portfolio scheduling
- Advanced Microsoft Project and/or Project Online capability
- Experience managing complex delivery schedules across multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience within large-scale transformation, technology, ERP, government, or healthcare environments will be highly regarded.
