Responsibilities
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Managing structural works from in-ground through to topping out
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Monitoring safety, quality, and programme performance
- Driving productivity and programme outcomes
- Managing concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tensioning activities
- Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering teams
- Assisting with construction planning and sequencing
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising structural works on construction projects
- Experience on mid-rise or high-rise developments is essential
- Residential tower or commercial high-rise experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
