In this essential role, you will inspect, audit, and validate high-tech power electronics systems, heavy-duty motor drives, and industrial automation equipment, ensuring every unit meets exact engineering specifications before shipping.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Focus

• Blueprint & Visual Inspection: Perform thorough visual and mechanical audits of in-process and finished power electronics assemblies against engineering schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

• Non-Conforming Product (NCP) Management: Identify, tag, and isolate technical discrepancies. Clear and concise logging of non-conformances ensures rapid resolution with the engineering team.

• Quality & Document Auditing: Verify that all manufacturing sign-off sheets, testing logs, and compliance paperwork match active drawing revisions and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

• Precision Measuring: Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, and hand tools) to verify structural dimensions and electrical pinouts.

• Safety & 6S Leadership: Maintain a clean, organized inspection bay while enforcing floor safety, hazard reporting, and proper PPE compliance.

Position Requirements

• Manufacturing Quality Experience: Minimum of 6+ months in a dedicated manufacturing QC role (2+ years strongly preferred).

• Schematic Literacy: Proven ability to read, interpret, and trace complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

• Tool Proficiency: Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and precision hand tools.

• Software & Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written) with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for digital report entry.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand throughout the shift and comfortably maneuver up to 40 lbs on the shop floor.
