職務の目的と価値
Role Purpose & Value

 担当するプログラムについて、実務レベルのエンジニアリング・インターフェースを顧客に提供し、リード・エンジニアまたはチーフ・エンジニアの支援と指導の下、製品ライフサイクルを通じて顧客の期待に沿ったプロジェクト遂行を保証する。
 
Providing the working-level engineering interface to the customer for assigned program(s), and ensuring project execution in alignment with customer expectations throughout the product life cycle, in support and under the guidance of the Lead or Chief engineer.
 

業務詳細
Key responsibilities

 1. 顧客に対する技術面での対応についての統括業務
1) 顧客に対して、技術面でのあらゆる活動を統括する。
2) アカウントチーム、及び、全社的な製品戦略をチーム内に展開する。
3) アカウントチーム内のマーケティング活動を技術面からサポートする。
4) 各プロジェクトに必要な開発や技術検討の工数見積もりを行い、サイト毎の予算の立案、執行に協力する。
5) 先行開発（Stage A・B）、量産プロジェクトの立ち上げや問題解決（Stage C・D）など、さまざまな開発ステージで、
社内スペシャリストからの応援を得られるよう調整する。
6) 顧客の先行開発部隊と良好で有意義な関係を構築する。
2. 顧客とのアプリケーション・エンジニアリング業務
1) 担当車両については、見積もり検討（pre-C0）から量産（Stege D)まで、ブランド名やモデル名に関わらず、
一貫した製品のアプリケーション・エンジニアリング業務を遂行する。
2) 要求仕様の明確化を執り行う。
3. 顧客への提出に必要な技術資料作成業務
1) 機密情報に留意しながら技術情報の蓄積・管理を行う。
2) 製品仕様を検討し提案する。また、海外を含む全てのプロジェクトで、顧客からの要求、及び、社内基準に対して、
開発の各ステージで実機評価を実施し、結果を承認する。
3) 製品の開発計画を立案し、また、開発終了、量産移行を承認する。
4. 海外プロジェクトに関する対顧客の技術面での窓口業務
1) 対顧客への技術面でのフロントエンドとして、あらゆる技術的内容について、国内外の開発チームとの仲介を行う。
2) 顧客文化を社内で展開し、浸透を図る。
3) 顧客の不満をいち早く察知し、社内展開する。
4) 顧客と国内外の開発チームとの間の文書、交信の支援(通訳)を行う。
5) 特に重要な問題に関して、開発チームと協力して、アクション、回答の調整を行う。
6) 顧客との技術面での議論や対応について、担当者間のレベル合わせを行う。
 
 
1. Technical Coordination with Customers
1. Oversee all technical activities related to customer interactions.
2. Communicate account team strategies and company-wide product strategies within the team.
3. Provide technical support for marketing activities within the account team.
4. Estimate the workload for development and technical evaluations required for each project, and assist in planning and executing budgets for each site.
5. Coordinate internal specialists' support across various development stages, such as early development (Stage A & B), mass production launch, and issue resolution (Stage C & D).
6. Build and maintain constructive and meaningful relationships with the customer’s advanced development teams.
 
2. Application Engineering with Customers
1. For assigned vehicles, carry out consistent application engineering tasks from estimation (pre-C0) to mass production (Stage D), regardless of brand or model.
2. Clarify and define customer requirements and specifications.
 
3. Preparation of Technical Documents for Customer Submission
1. Accumulate and manage technical information with attention to confidentiality.
2. Propose product specifications. Conduct real-vehicle evaluations at each development stage in response to customer requirements and internal standards, including overseas projects, and approve the results.
3. Plan product development schedules and approve the completion of development and transition to mass production.
 
4. Technical Liaison for Overseas Projects
1. Act as the technical front-end for customers, mediating all technical matters between domestic and international development teams.
2. Promote and embed customer culture within the company.
3. Detect customer dissatisfaction early and communicate it internally.
4. Support documentation and communication (including interpretation) between customers and domestic/international development teams.
5. Collaborate with development teams to coordinate actions and responses for critical issues.
6. Align technical discussions and responses with customers across all responsible personnel.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

必須資格・経験
Essential Qualifications & Experience

 応募資格：
 
１．理工系大学・高専などで、機械、電気、電子、メカトロニクス、物理学などの学位持っている方またそれ相当の学力がある方
２．自動車業界の開発部門において、メカトロニクスの開発経験　5年以上
３.パワートレイン製品（ギアボックス、LSD等）に関する高度な経験・知識
４．システムエンジニアリングに関する高度な経験・理解
５．問題解決・プロジェクトマネジメント経験1年以上
6．プロジェクトマネジメント、技術的リーダーシップの高度な経験・知識
7．システムエンジニアリングにおける技術的リーダーシップに関する高度な経験・知識
8．電気ハードウェアに関する基本的な知識（特にECUに関する知識が望ましい）
9．ソフトウエア開発の基礎知識
10．日本/韓国の自動車メーカーとの業務経験
11．日本の普通自動車運転免許保有者
 
Requirements:
１. Degree: Masters in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Mechatronics) / Masters in Physics or similar
２. Over 5 years of experience in mechatronics development within the automotive industry's R&D department."
3. Advanced knowledge of powertrain products such as gearboxes and limited slip differentials
4. 1 year of experience in problem resolution and project management
5. Advance understanding of systems engineering – Especially in regards to requirements engineering, system architecture and testing.
6. Advanced knowledge of feature planning and project management
7. Advanced knowledge of technical leadership within Systems Engineering domain
8. Basic knowledge of electrical hardware, preferably in ECUs
9. Basic knowledge of Software development
10. Experience with handling Japanese / Korean automotive OEMs
11, Drivers License in Japan
