The Opportunity
This is a genuinely exciting role for a senior marketer who wants to work at the intersection of creativity, technology, and AI, and do it inside one of the most recognised and respected names in global enterprise software.
Our client is an innovative, global SaaS organisation whose platforms are used by businesses and creatives worldwide to shape how people experience brands. They are known for a culture where ideas can come from anywhere, where employees are genuinely empowered to make an impact, and where pushing the boundaries of what marketing can do is part of the job, not just a talking point.
This is a 12-month contract covering parental leave within the ANZ Field Marketing team. The role sits within the Customer Experience side of the business and carries real scope: you will own end-to-end marketing execution across the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) segment, working in close alignment with sales leaders, regional marketing, and ecosystem partners to drive pipeline and deepen customer engagement.
If you want a role where your work is visible, your strategy matters, and you're part of a global team genuinely leading the future of customer experience, this is worth a close look.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans across FSI accounts, designed to drive pipeline growth, lifecycle progression, and solution adoption. That means:
- Building and running account-based marketing programs that connect with enterprise customers at the right stage of the lifecycle
- Partnering with sales to identify and accelerate priority opportunities, translating market insight into targeted go-to-market plans
- Positioning the organisation as a thought leader in customer experience orchestration within the FSI vertical
- Leading brand and campaign activity in close collaboration with regional, event, and executive engagement teams
- Driving operational rigour across budgets, reporting, and program performance
- Testing, iterating, and introducing new marketing approaches that make better use of data, AI, and emerging tools
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years in enterprise marketing, ideally in technology or software
- Strong account-based marketing experience
- 5+ years working directly with enterprise accounts
- Proven experience developing and executing vertical or industry-specific marketing strategies
- Genuine interest in AI and its application in B2B marketing
- The ability to operate independently and navigate a matrix organisation with confidence
- Exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, and the kind of follow-through that earns trust with sales and leadership alike
- Comfort in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment where things change and you adapt
