Our client is a well-established, market-leading manufacturer and supplier of lift and accessibility solutions, with over 100 years of industry experience and a national footprint across Australia. Known for a premium product range and a strong reputation for quality and service, the business continues to grow steadily, supported by consistent inbound demand and a well-recognised brand in the mobility and accessibility space.
This is an opportunity for an experienced, consultative sales professional to take ownership of a high-growth Sydney metro territory selling stairlift solutions to both business and residential customers. You will be the sole specialist for this product line in the territory, working a steady pipeline of inbound leads delivered directly to you rather than building demand from scratch. The role suits someone who enjoys getting out on the road, building genuine relationships with customers, and guiding them through a considered, high-value purchase with confidence and care.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound sales opportunities from businesses and individual customers across the territory.
- Conduct in-home appointments, assessing each customer's needs and recommending the right solution.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, including in the company showroom, to support the buying decision.
- Build lasting customer relationships through attentive, honest service from first contact through to installation.
- Represent a trusted, established brand with professionalism across every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Proven success in an autonomous, field-based sales role, ideally consultative or in-home in nature.
- Confidence presenting to and building rapport with both business contacts and individual consumers.
- A genuine, patient, relationship-first approach, particularly when working with older customers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline of appointments independently.
- A full driver's licence, your own vehicle and willingness to spend the majority of your week on the road.
- You must also have full working rights in Australia
