Business Development Manager / Operations Manager

National Construction Services Company looking for an Operations Manager with Business Development Experience.

Our client provides Labour Hire and Construction Services to a range of Clients across Australia. With experience in the Infrastructure, Mining, Construction and Civil Construction Industry this is a great opportunity join a growing National Organisation in a Management Role.

Duties include
  • Liaise with clients to service their Labour Hire requirements
  • Manage and nurture existing relationships
  • Oversee Staff allocations 
  • Oversee Safety and Toolbox Talks
  • Communicate and sell the business proposition and execute workflow
  • Document administration and organisation 
  • Deal with and schedule networking and business opportunities and convert leads
  • Train hire and develop staff
  • Manage Industrial Relations and requirements
  • Build and maintain existing relationships 
  • Win new work and introduce new clients 
Experience 

  • You Must have Construction Industry experience 
  • Excellent Communication and Team Working Skills
  • Interest in Business Development and the ability to generate new work
  • Management experience
