Site Manager

Our client is a fast-growing national construction company focusing on commercial construction projects who put their clients & people first. Due to growth in Mangwhai they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team. 

** please note, this position is based in Mangawhai, relocation is a must**

This is a key site based role on a confirmed project pipeline expected to run for at least two years, with further growth planned beyond that. You’ll be part of a close knit regional team and play an important role in helping our client continue to establish and expand its presence in the area.

You’ll report directly to a Project Manager and work alongside a Leading Hand who manages day to day quality control and health & safety on site.

To be successful in this position you will have experience managing up to 100 sub trades on sight & be comfortable using different project management software.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing site operations and coordinating subcontractors
• Overseeing programmes, purchase orders, and site documentation
• Working closely with the Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly
• Maintaining strong relationships with local sub-trades and suppliers
• Adhering to high standards of health & safety
• Monitoring quality control and workmanship
