Our client is a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for quality, customer service and delivering homes that people are proud to own. With a growing pipeline of work, they're looking to add another Project Manager to their team.

The Role
You'll have previous experience managing residential construction projects and be confident reading plans, coordinating trades and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
Just as importantly, you'll be someone who communicates well with people. You know how to explain construction to clients without the jargon, earn the respect of subcontractors through collaboration rather than confrontation, and genuinely care about delivering a great customer experience.

The Role
- Manage residential projects from pre-construction through to handover.
- Coordinate programmes and subcontractors to keep projects moving.
- Work closely with the Quantity Surveying team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor quality, programme and budgets throughout the build.
- Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout their build journey.
- Proactively identify and resolve construction issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and to a consistently high standard.
You'll have previous experience managing residential construction projects and be confident reading plans, coordinating trades and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
