Compensation & Benefits
- 3–7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
- Experience with drywall, metal framing, ceilings, or related interior scopes preferred
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and take-offs
- Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with subcontractor networks in South Florida
- Background in specialty contracting or interiors packages
- Familiarity with Division 9 / Division 10 scopes is a strong advantage
