This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented PMO professional who enjoys working across governance, reporting, and project coordination within a structured delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PMO governance processes across multiple projects and initiatives
- Prepare and maintain project reporting, including status updates and dashboards
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID logs) and escalate where required
- Assist with project financial tracking, forecasting, and budget monitoring
- Coordinate documentation, templates, and PMO standards
- Support governance forums, including preparation of reporting packs
- Provide coordination support across project managers and delivery teams
- Experience working in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong understanding of project governance and reporting frameworks
- Confident working with data, reporting, and project tracking tools
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across project and business teams
- Experience in local government or public sector environments is highly regarded
- Full-time contract (38 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working model (office based in Cheltenham)
