Investment Performance Analyst - Global Investment Bank

We’re seeking an Investment Performance Analyst for a leading investment manager. You’ll play a key role in performance reporting and attribution analysis, ensuring stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and actionable investment insights across a range of portfolios and asset classes.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Calculate and validate portfolio performance using unit price-based returns.
• Deliver daily, monthly, and quarterly performance and attribution reports to internal teams and clients.
• Analyse performance dispersion to identify key drivers of return.
• Reconcile investment data including market values and cash flows.
• Build strong working relationships across internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with internal procedures and deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in investment performance analytics.
• A strong grasp of different investment instruments and asset classes, including equities and fixed income.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
