This leading law firm advises some of Australia’s largest organisations and prides itself on fostering a forward-thinking approach to resolving disputes. The firm have stunning offices based in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be joining a high performing Litigation Team which advises a high value client base. The role will involve hands on and practical experience across a full range of litigious matters.
- General administrative duties including document preparation, photocopying, and drafting
- Monthly billing
- Preparation of court documents
- File management of electronic files.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will be a professional and motivated individual with practical experience in a Legal Assistant or support role within a law firm; this role is not available to students.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, experience within Litigation desirable
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
- Be able to work 5 days per week.
