Apply directOur client is a leading infrastructure organisation delivering large scale projects across Sydney. They are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their collaborative team and play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end sourcing, tendering and supplier activities.

The Role
- Reporting into the Procurement Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Managing coordination of procurement and tender activities (from documentation, evaluation, approvals to coordination of recommendations)
- Supporting supplier onboarding and compliance requirements
- Maintaining procurement documentation, records and reporting
- Providing advice to ensure compliance across the project to internal and external stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams
- Supporting contract administration and audit readiness activities
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in procurement, contracts administration, commercial support or project coordination
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a strong understanding of governance and compliance
- Confidence communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
