Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inventory transfers and customer-direct shipments between our onsite warehouse and third-party logistics provider (3PL). This role ensures on-time shipping, accurate inventory, and clean ERP transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and track daily transfers between onsite warehouse and 3PL

  • Create pick lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping documents

  • Coordinate carriers and confirm pickups and deliveries

  • Reconcile inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts

  • Resolve ERP/WMS issues and communicate with internal teams and 3PL partners

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL coordination

  • ERP experience

  • Experience with inventory control and shipping documentation

  • WMS or 3PL portal experience preferred

  • Knowledge of LTL/parcel shipping and customer routing guides

Benefits/Compensation

  • Pay Rate is $20 per hour.

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
