The Opportunity

We're growing our Queensland Government Business Support team and are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to help drive the continued success of this established and high-performing portfolio.

This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys the pace, variety and relationship focus of contracting recruitment. You'll partner with Queensland Government clients to recruit across a diverse portfolio of Business Support roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients, candidates and contractors.

You'll join a well-established contracting desk with existing client relationships, active requirements and strong foundations for growth. Leveraging an established network, you'll have the opportunity to create new opportunities, expand your portfolio and further strengthen Davidson's presence within the Queensland Government sector.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of Queensland Government clients.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, candidates and contractors.
  • Source, engage and place high-quality Business Support talent.
  • Develop talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
  • Provide market insights and consultative recruitment advice.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Deliver a high standard of service, compliance and professionalism.
