The Role
You’ll provide hands-on leadership of the systems that underpin the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Design, build and implement effective system solutions and integrations across core platforms (NetSuite, RFGen, SalesTab) aligned to business needs
- Provide architectural oversight, governance and approval for system changes to ensure quality, consistency and scalability
- Lead ongoing optimisation, post go-live enhancements and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Own delivery of key system projects and initiatives, engaging vendors and partners as needed
- Resolve complex system issues and maintain oversight of integrations and platform performance
- Lead, coach and develop the Systems & Software team, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth
- Contribute to the systems roadmap and strategic capability uplift
You’re a capable systems leader with NetSuite expertise, ideally including experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow. You’ll bring:
- A proven track record in technical delivery – designing and delivering practical solutions that improve business operations and uplift team capability
- Strong project leadership combined with hands-on contribution, plus the ability to coach, manage and develop a Systems & Software team
- Advanced analytical thinking, stakeholder management ability and a collaborative, pragmatic approach
- Experience in a similar wholesale, retail or multi-entity environment is an advantage
- A genuine passion for driving efficiency, scalability and continuous improvement through technology
