The Role
- Processing high-volume transactional accounts payable invoices and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing supplier accounts, reconciliations, and query resolution in a fast-paced setting.
- Utilising ERP systems for data entry, reporting, and process support.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and timelines for payment cycles.
- Handling complex queries and supporting month-end financial close activities.
- Demonstrated high-volume transactional accounts payable experience.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven focus on processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Energetic and proactive approach, with the ability to hit the ground running and manage complexity independently.
- Adaptable to modern tools and technologies, including openness to AI-supported processes.
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand.
