Google Ads Strategist - Marketing Agency

Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a full-time Google Ads Strategist   for one of our clients. The ideal candidate is a fast-learning team player who genuinely wants to help clients be successful with YouTube ads by teaching them how to build and optimize their campaigns. The Google Ads Strategist will guide clients through our proven program of Youtube advertising while providing industry-best coaching.

The Google Ads Strategist works collaboratively on a team to onboard, set expectations, and retain clients through one-on-one and group calls with clients. The Google Ads Strategist works with clients at a high level and must be experienced in Google Ads in order to qualify for the position. Most importantly, our Ads Strategists ensure that our clients get the maximum benefit from our program and continue to use it long-term

Our client helps entrepreneurs & marketers harness the power of YouTube to skyrocket their leads & sales. Their hands-on program is designed to support business owners through every step of running highly profitable Ads - from scripting, to launching campaigns, to optimizing & scaling. 

Structure & Compensation

-Full Time W-2 Position

-Office Location is Austin, Texas (Will accept candidates willing to relocate

Or and can work remotely)

-Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses

-OTE $50,000 to $65,000 Per Year! (Depends on Experience)

The majority of their clients are coaches, consultants, and course creators. They’ve also worked in a variety of industries including (but not limited to) e-commerce, solar, healthcare & local businesses. They are going through a growth phase right now and are looking for the next super star team member!

Responsibilities

-Learning: Show up hungry and ready to learn on an ongoing basis

-Testing: Produce new ideas for ad campaigns, launch and monitor, and report back on results

-Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting: Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements, track and analyze the data for campaigns, and report on results

-Team: Coordinate with the team to ensure campaigns are producing quality leads, and to maximize reach, awareness, and impact of content through ad campaigns

Must-Have

- Ability to self motivate and identify opportunities for enhancing processes and campaigns

-Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities

-Previous experience with online advertising (Google, and Facebook)

-Proven experience analyzing data. You'll need to enjoy numbers, analytics, and ROI conversations

-Quick learner who is able to learn from others and contribute your knowledge to an existing knowledge base

-Ability to think on your feet in challenging situations

-A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients

-Strong understanding of how to communicate with and teach clients about the latest digital ad tactics and results.

Bonus Points

-YouTube Ads Experience

-Coaching or training clients how to use Google Ads or Facebook Ads

-Applicant lives in CST and PST time zones

-Experience with implementing and understanding conversion tracking

-Experience working with coaches, consultants, course creators, information marketing, and/or thought leader
