We're looking for a commercially minded Store Manager who knows that strong results start with a supported, motivated team.

The Opportunity

• Take ownership of store performance, sales and day-to-day operations.
• Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver strong commercial results.
• Set clear expectations and keep the team focused on store targets and KPIs.
• Use sales results and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver an engaging customer experience and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee stock management, merchandising and store presentation.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture and make confident business decisions.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
• A strong track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.
• Commercially minded, with confidence analysing KPIs and taking action.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing people.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who can work autonomously, take initiative and adapt to change.
• Outdoor, apparel or specialist retail experience is advantageous.
