The Role

• This is an exciting opportunity to join the store leadership team as Visual Merchandising Manager, taking ownership of the visual and product strategy within a high-performing Chatswood location.
• This is a role that has been elevated due to the strong performance of the store and is ideal for a commercially minded VM leader who can combine creativity, product knowledge, data and strong people leadership.
• You’ll own the visual direction from planning through to execution, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times and that visual standards are aligned with both brand expectations and business performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and executing the store’s visual strategy, including floor sets, product presentation, outfitting, recovery, restock and destock.
• Using business reporting, KPIs, sell-through and stock data to identify opportunities and make informed visual decisions.
• Planning visual changes and managing VM payroll and resources according to the needs of the business.
• Leading and developing one Visual Lead, creating accountability, coaching and a strong culture across the Visual and Operations teams.
• Ensuring the sales floor consistently meets premium visual standards while remaining commercially effective and operationally efficient.
• Taking ownership of the store environment and ensuring it remains clean, safe, inviting and customer-ready.
• Representing the Visual function as part of the wider store leadership team.

About You

You’re a confident Visual Merchandising leader who enjoys being hands-on and understands that great VM is about more than aesthetics — it needs to support product performance, customer experience and commercial results.
You’ll ideally bring:

• 3–5+ years’ retail or related leadership experience, ideally within fashion, activewear, premium or high-volume retail.
• Strong experience with visual merchandising, planograms, floor sets and product presentation.
• The ability to interpret and use reporting, KPIs, sell-through and stock data to drive VM decisions.
• Experience planning and executing visual changes while managing timelines, resources and payroll.
• A strong creative eye combined with a commercial and analytical mindset.
• Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop and hold a team accountable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
