Are you a top-performing furniture sales professional who knows how to close a deal, lead from the front and get the best out of a team?
  
We’re partnering with an established furniture retailer to find a hands-on Store Manager who can take ownership of a high-performing showroom and drive both sales and team performance.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in the office and manage from a distance.
You’ll be on the showroom floor, selling alongside your team, building customer relationships, driving results and setting the standard through your own performance.
  
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the showroom day-to-day, driving sales and commercial performance
• Lead from the front and remain highly active in the sales process
• Personally drive strong sales results and consistently work towards individual targets
• Lead, motivate and manage a small, experienced sales team
• Build a strong culture of accountability, performance and customer service
• Monitor individual and showroom sales performance
• Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry through to completed sale
• Ensure customers receive a high level of service throughout the purchasing journey
• Maintain showroom presentation, visual standards and daily operations
• Manage team rosters and support recruitment when required
• Ensure the team follows company processes, policies and customer follow-up standards
• Take ownership of the showroom and step into whatever is required to keep the business running smoothly

  
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is commercially hungry, hands-on and genuinely loves selling.
  
You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in furniture retail or showroom sales
• Previous Store Manager or senior sales leadership experience
• A strong and demonstrable personal sales track record
• Confidence working to sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Strong people-management and communication skills
• A hands-on approach - happy to sell, open and close the showroom and get involved where needed
