Monroe Consulting Group is representing a confidential education institution in Jakarta in the search for a senior leadership professional to oversee campus operations and drive overall business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both the operational and commercial functions of the institution while ensuring sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the institution's operations.

• Drive business growth through student acquisition, enrollment, and market development initiatives.

• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and operational efficiency.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational objectives.

• Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in education or other service-driven organizations with operational and commercial responsibilities.

• Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L and driving organizational growth.

• Demonstrated success in business development, customer acquisition, or revenue generation.

• A resilient and hands-on leader with experience leading organizational transformation or managing complex business challenges.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and leadership levels.
