Location: Gyoda, Japan (Primary), during training phase also frequently Yokohama

Leads Coil automotive chassis coil spring product development for HONDA

Customer contact window from engineering aspects, including frequent business trips (also overseas) to customer site – scope: inception to end of life

Customer projects, including design, prototype making and delivery to customer

Design Verification Testing along with Testing Engineer

Leads successful production launch of new projects through proper project management

Maintains global technical relationships ensuring Honda projects’ success

Daily communication with colleagues in plant/R&D in Japan, China, SEA, Europe, North- and South America

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education Background
Major in Engineering Mechanical Engineering
High School Vocational School Diploma Bachelor Degree Master Degree
2. Working Experience
Prerequisite experience: Self-starter and flexibility to accept various tasks such as office work, shop floor work, more than 5 years experiences in Automotive industry

Training:
– Theoretical and Practical Training conducted at Mubea locations in Japan (Yokohama, Gyoda), Florence, KY, USA, Weissensee, GER
– On-the-job Training according to Training Plan including frequent reviews (incl. Mgmt.)
– Self-driven learning
– Strong Interest in Automotive Field, preferably Honda affiliation
