Apply direct- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial glazing, curtain wall, façade, architectural metals, or a related specialty contracting environment.
- Experience managing government or federally funded construction projects strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial glazing and building envelope systems.
- Experience with curtain wall, storefront, window wall, architectural glass, or related systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, change orders, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.

- Must be eligible to work on government / federally funded projects
- Previous experience working on government, federal, military, or other security-sensitive construction projects is highly preferred
